Per Diem Atlas brings the rate, the locality definition and the trip calculation together.
Who it is for
This reference is for travelers, administrators and people planning business travel who need to understand published U.S. federal CONUS allowances. It is also useful for employers who have chosen to reference GSA rates, provided they apply their own authorized policy.
What you can do here
Browse by state, look up a city or ZIP, compare monthly rates, calculate a single-destination overnight itinerary and export the numbers. Each rate page includes the source period, geographic definition, monthly table and meal breakdown.
We keep the full FY2026 and FY2027 source coverage available rather than offering a few example cities. The included ZIP files are search aids, not address validation. The separate changes analysis distinguishes changed wording from directly comparable areas.
An independent project
This site is not operated, endorsed or approved by the U.S. General Services Administration or another government agency. Official rate facts come from GSA; the organization, calculations and explanatory guides are our own.
There is no hotel booking service, government application process or reimbursement approval service here. No login is required, and the trip calculation runs in your browser.
Accountability
Read our methodology, inspect the source files, and use the correction information to document a discrepancy.
