Check the full locality definition
A city absent from the list may still be covered by a named county. Washington, DC’s locality also includes specified parts of Maryland and Virginia. How to select the right locality.
Outside a listed locality
The standard CONUS rate applies outside separately defined areas. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and foreign destinations use other official rate systems.
